Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 red onion, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 800g pork mince
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1x can crushed tomatoes
• 1 cup (250ml) water
• 4 cups (1L) milk
• 80g plain flour
• 80g unsalted butter
• Pinch of nutmeg
• ½ cup mozzarella and cheddar, grated plus 1 cup to scatter
• 6 fresh lasagna sheets, torn
• 100ml basil pesto
