Lasagna – Crucible Cookware

Ingredients

• 2 yellow onions
• 2 garlic cloves
• 500 g ground beef
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 4 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp rosemary
• 500 g crushed tomatoes
• 1 beef stock cube
• salt and pepper
• 9-12 lasagna sheets (3-4 layer)
• 6 tbsp butter
• 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 liter milk
• 2 dl shredded parmesan
