Ingredients

• 400g tin chopped tomatoes, half drained
• 2 spring onions, finely sliced
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tsp mild chilli powder
• 1 tbsp brown sauce
• 400g tin black beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 slices of your favourite bread
• 1 small ripe avocado
• 50g cheddar cheese, grated
• Few squeezes, lime juice
• 1 heaped tbsp of natural yogurt or sour cream
