- 1tbsp Jam
- 200g plain flour
- 2tbsp icing sugar
- 125g cold unsalted butter
- 2tbsp water
- 350ml milk
- 1tsp vanilla paste
- 4 egg yolk
- 90g caster sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 25g corn flour
