• 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (plus more for dusting/rolling)
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened to room temperature)
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
• 1 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons milk
