Strawberry and basil tart
A delicious strawberry and basil tart which not only looks stunning, but also tastes amazing! Ready in about an hour.
Ingredients
- 270 grams of flour
- 115 grams butter at room temperature
- 65 grams of icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- Zest of half a lemon
- 240 ml of cream
- 130 g white chocolate
- 2 gelatine leaves
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Handful of fresh basil leaves + extra for garnish
- 290 g fresh strawberries
