- Eggs - separated (large)
- 1 cup / 62g / 2.2oz Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/4 cup / 59ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon 2.5ml Freshly-grated nutmeg
