Polenta with codfish - Riberalves

Ingredients

• 500 g Codfish Loins
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, chopped and seeds removed
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• Olive oil to taste
• Chopped chives to taste
• 1 litre of the codfish cooking water
• 250 g cornmeal
• 200 g Parmesan cheese
