• 500 g deep-frozen shredded codfish Riberalves
• 800 g of small potatoes
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 large can of peeled tomato
• 1 dl of white wine
• 4 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 bunch of coriander
• Nutmeg q.s.
• Salt and chili q.b.
