- 397g Carnation Condensed Milk
- 100g Rice cereal
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract
- For the topping:
- 100g Dark chocolate
- 100g Peppermint AERO (reserve half for the top)
- You will also need:
- 20 x 20cm tin
- lined with baking parchment
