Ingredients

• 500g beef mince
• 2 bell peppers, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp cayenne
• 1 tbsp chipotle paste
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 400g chopped tomatoes
• 250ml beef stock
• 2 tbsp Doritos Dippers Hint of Paprika, finely crushed
• 1 tin kidney beans
• 2 squares dark chocolate
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Olive oil
• Doritos Dippers Hint of Paprika
• Doritos Sour Cream and Chive Dip
• Handful coriander, chopped
• 1/.2 onion, finely diced
• 50g cheddar, grated
