Ingredients

• 4 beaten eggs
• 4 tablespoons oil
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup matzo meal
• 1/2 cup instant potato flakes --I have used the flakes from boxed latke mixes
• 1 tablespoon instant onion flakes
