Hot Cross Buns - Country Fresh® Dairy

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup Country Fresh whole milk, warmed to approximately 110°F
• 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast or 1 standard packet of instant yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
• 5 tbl unsalted butter, softened to room temperature and cut into 5 pieces
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp ground allspice
• 3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup raisins or currants
