Ingredients: 2 cups organic unbleached flour*; 1 tablespoon baking powder; ½ teaspoon salt; ½ teaspoon nutmeg; ¼ teaspoon cinnamon; 1 cup organic sugar*; 1 cup vanilla nondairy milk; ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar; ½ tablespoon vanilla extract; egg replacer for 2 eggs (I used ener-g); ½ cup vegan butter (or substitute any vegetable oil); a 12 ounce bag of vegan chocolate chips (2 cups or 340g); Ears: 5 large dandies marshmallows or 18 minis (You can substitute fondant.); Eyes: 18 white chocolate chips (You can substitute any similarly-sized candies or sprinkles.); Noses: 9 round pink, red, or white sprinkles (You can substitute any circle-shaped edible decoration); Mouths: 18 long pink, red, or white sprinkles (Rainbow jimmies are imperfect, so if you dig around in the jar, you can find some curved sprinkles that make the doggie look like he’s smiling.)
