Ingredients

• 4 ½ cups flour
• 1 packet instant dry yeast
• ½ cup castor sugar
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
• 2 teaspoon mixed spice
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 ½ cups lukewarm milk
• 50g butter - melted and cooled
• 1 egg - slightly beaten
• 1 - 1 ½ cups mixed dry fruit ( depends on how much fruit u want)
• ½ cup flour
• 5 tablespoon water
• ¾ cup sugar
• 1 cup water
