• 2 cloves Garlic crushed
• 1 Green Pepper diced
• 400 g Kidney Beans drained, rinsed and mashed
• 2 tsp Olive Oil
• 2 medium Onions finely chopped
• 1 Red Pepper diced

• 750 g SuperValu Fresh Irish Beef Mince
• 100 g SuperValu Tortilla Chips
• 3 tbsp Taco Seasoning (see below)
• 1 tsp Black Pepper ground
• 2 tbsp Chilli Powder
• 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds ground
• 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
• 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp SuperValu Cornflour
• 2 tsp SuperValu Smoked Paprika
• 1 jar Jalapeno sliced
• 2 heads SuperValu Baby Gem Lettuce shredded
