- ⅓ cup Sarda Farms Dahi
- herbs like mint, coriander, dill etc
- 12 garlic greens (optional)
- 12 tbsp mustard paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 12 tsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 English cucumbers, chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 12 coloured peppers, chopped
- Few lettuce leaves, torn
