• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 6 (8- to 10-inch) flour tortillas
• 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 cup corn, fire-roasted, frozen, cooked and cooled
• 1 avocado, slice for garnish
• ¾ cup + 1 tablespoon Mazola® Corn Oil
