• 1 large onion chopped
• 1 large capsicum / bell pepper chunks
• 1 can chopped tomatoes
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 tablespoon olive oil
