• 1 lb angel hair pasta
• 2 shallots, finely chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 2 tbsp Calabrian chili oil ((adjust to taste))
• 2 cups marinara sauce
• 1 tbsp dried basil
• 1 tbsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tbsp chili flakes ((adjust to taste))
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Fresh basil leaves for garnish
• Salt and pepper to taste
