Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado (approx. 200g), stone removed
- 150g fresh blueberries
- 60g maple syrup
- 90g almond milk
- 5.25oz fresh blueberries
- 2.1oz maple syrup
- 3.15oz almond milk
- Step 1 Mash avocado flesh and blueberries together in a bowl until fairly smooth. Stir in maple syrup and almond milk and mix until well combined.
- Step 2 Pour mixture into the tub, place storage lid on top and freeze for 24 hours.
- Step 4 Select ICE CREAM.
- Step 5 Once processing is complete, remove nice cream from tub and serve immediately.
