- 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 3 Peaches, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 5 oz Mixed Greens
- 2 Scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Chives, minced
- 1/3 cup Feta, crumbled
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp Jalapenos, minced
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
