  • 2 medium shallots, chopped
  • 1⁄2-3/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice or juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1⁄2 cup butter, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons drained cappers
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ garlic powder
  • 5 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups of teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • skin from the salmon, cubed
