Orange Chicken Meatballs - Taylor Likes

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground chicken
• 1/3 cup milk
• 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 3 1/2 cloves minced garlic
• 3 tbs chopped green onions
• 3 tbs soy sauce
• 1/3 tbs ground ginger
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2/3 cup chicken broth
• Zest and juice of two large oranges
• 2/3 cup honey
• 1/2 cup rice vinegar
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 3 1/2 cloves garlic
• 1/3 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes (more if you want spicier)
• 1 1/2 tbs water
• 1 1/2 tbs cornstarch
