Texas 5-Star Chili Recipe By Crystal Farms

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 1/4 cups onion, diced
• 1 1/2 cups celery, diced
• 1 1/2 cups green bell peppers, diced
• 2 Tbsp taco or chili seasoning
• 1 to 2 Tbsp dark chili powder
• 1/2 cup canned green chilies, diced
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 bottle (12 oz) Mexican beer
• 2 cans (15.5 oz) fire-roasted tomatoes
• 1 can (15.5 oz) great northern beans, drained and rinsed
