Ingredients

• 1 ts Bouillon granules
• 8 oz Tomato sauce
• 1 ts Ground cumin
• 1/2 ts Ground oregano
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 1 lb Ground beef
• 1/2 c Water
• 2 ts Chili powder
• 1/2 c green bell pepper Chopped
• 1 ts Garlic minced
• 1/2 ts Black pepper
• 1 c Onions chopped
• 1/2 lb Spaghetti cooked/drained
