Baklava Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 c. butter
• 1/3 or more orange juice concentrate
• 1 t. cinnamon
• 2 t. baking powder
• 1/2 t. baking soda
• 3 c. flour
• Syrup:
• 1 C. sugar
• 1/2 c. water
• 1/2 c. honey
• Rolling Mixtures:
• 1 1/2 c. chopped fine, walnut (can use pecans)
• 1 T. sugar
