• 1 to 2 teaspoons cornmeal
• 1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ to ¾ cup tomato-based pasta sauce
• 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
• Honey, for brushing
• Red pepper flakes, optional
• ¾ cup warm water (100 to 110°F)
• 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
• 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1-1½ teaspoons kosher or sea salt
• Olive oil, for the bowl
