- 1/2 head of cauliflower, cut into thumb-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
- 1 bunch of leek
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 sheets of nori
- 1 lemon
- 1 red pepper, roasted, peeled + diced
- cooking oil of sorts
- salt and pepper
