Sweet Potato Casserole Tart

Ingredients

• 1 Uncooked 1-layer pie crust, store bought or homema
• For the filling:
• 1/2 pound Sweet potatoes (about 4), peeled and sliced into ⅛-inch rounds
• 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter Melted
• 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
• 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1 Zest of an Orange
• For the streusel topping:
• 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
• 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup Packed brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt
• 3 tablespoon Unsalted butter Cold, cut into small pieces
• 1/2 cup Raw pecans chopped
