• 24 chocolate sandwich cookies, such as Oreo®
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
• 10–12 drops LorAnn Green Liquid Food Color
• 1 tsp LorAnn Pure Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp LorAnn Crème de Menthe Super-Strength
• 1 ½ cups mini chocolate chips
• ½ cup melted mini chocolate chips for drizzling
