• 100 g red peppers
• 100 g yellow peppers
• 2 onions
• ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
• 2 tbsp coarse-grain mustard
• 8 thin beef cutlets (e.g. flank, round)
• 80 g cured ham
• 4 dl beef bouillon

• 1 tsp salt
• a little pepper
• 2 bay leaves
• 4 dl red wine
