Ingredients

• MANGO-PEPPER SALSA
• 1 small mango
• 1 small sweet red pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
• 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• dash hot pepper sauce
• BURGERS
• 2 pounds ground chuck
• 3 chipotle chiles from a can of chipotles in adobo sauce
• 3 tablespoons adobo sauce from chipotles
• 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/4 teapoon ground cumin
• 3 minced green onions
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 6 round focaccia rolls or onion rolls, split
• 6 curly leaf lettuce leaves
