• 2 pounds freshly ground chuck (20% fat)
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon onion powder
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 6 pepper jack cheese slices, about ¼” thick
• 6 sourdough rolls
• 12 large crisp apple slices, sliced in rings
• 36 baby spinach leaves
