• 1 cup Boiling water
• 1 1/2 cup Pecans, toasted and finely ground
• 1 1/2 cup Oat flour
• 1/3 cup Melted butter
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1 cup Apple cider
• 3 Medium apples, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
