Ingredients

• 3 small cans tomato sauce
• 3-3/4 cans water
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 large can of sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
• 3 pounds chopped meat
• 2 eggs
• 1 large onion
• Dash pepper
• Bread crumbs or matzo meal
• 1/4 cup raw rice (optional)
• 1/2 cup raisins
