• 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
• 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

• 2 cups onions, thinly sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

• 4 ounces dry basmati rice (1/2 cup)
• 7 ounces green lentils (1 cup)
