• 4 cloves garlic, minced or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
• 1 carrot, diced
• 1 zucchini, diced
• 1 Idaho potato, peeled and diced
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 cups parve creamer
• salt, to taste
