• 225 g carrots, peeled and grated
• 50 g Country Range Desiccated Coconut
• 1 tbsp Country Range Chopped Walnuts
• 500 g cream cheese
• 100 ml Country Range Orange Juice
• 100 g icing sugar
• 1 tbsp Country Range Pistachio Nuts, roughly chopped
