  • 8 pounded thin boneless Chicken breasts
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup white flour (can use gluten free option)
  • 2-3 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • Oil for frying (grape seed, vegetable or canola)
