Rhubarb cheesecake blondies - Moje wypieki
A sweet combination of blondie cake (similar to brownies, but fluffier and made with white chocolate), cheesecake, and tart rhubarb.
Ingredients
- 150 g white chocolate, chopped
- 80 g butter
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- half a cup of chopped almonds
- 50 g white chocolate or white chocolate chips, chopped
- 300 g rhubarb, cut into 2 cm pieces (don’t peel the rhubarb)
- 30 g sugar
