Strawberry Peach Poppyseed Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• For the strawberry jam:
• 1 pound strawberries, diced
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Celia's Strawberry Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
