• 2 Large ripe banana's (( or 3 small/medium sized bananas ) )
• 2 eggs
• 3 Cups flour
• 1 Cup oil
• 1 Cup Buttermilk
• 2 Teaspoons baking soda
• 2 Cups sugar
• 1 Cup Hot Water
• 1 Teaspoon vanilla
• 1 Cup Crisco
• 2 egg whites
• 2 Tablespoons milk
• 1 Pound 10 X Sugar (( aka powdered sugar or Icing sugar) )
