- 50ml boiling water
- 100ml coffee liqueur (optional)
- 380g mascarpone
- 3 large eggs
- 60ml (¼ cup) castor sugar
- cocoa powder, to serve
- chocolate shavings, to serve
- icing sugar, to serve
