Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons fine sea salt
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- Four 16 oz. jars herring in cream sauce (8 herring fillets), sauce drained
- 4 large, whole dill pickles, peeled and finely minced
- 1 large carrot, peeled, boiled, and minced
- 1 cup peeled, minced Honeycrisp apples
- ½ cup small, sweet peas
