COFFEE MACARONS | Vanilla Molina

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites at room temperature
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1.6 cups powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 6 tsp instant coffee diluted in two tablespoons of water
• A big splash of Vainilla Molina
• 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 glass milk
• 2 tbsp instant coffee diluted in 1 tbsp of water
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 egg yolks
• 4 tbsp sugar
