I’ve used an antique mini copper steeple mould, which creates a lovely wobble but as a modern alternative I found some gorgeous mini 3-tier aluminium alloy
Ingredients
- 125g castor sugar
- 225ml water
- 125ml gin
- 150ml tonic water
- 6 leaves of gelatine
- squeeze of lemon juice
- lemon slices to decorate
