Rainbow Teacake With Vanilla Frosting & M&M's | Copha
Spectacular looking, this colourful rainbow teacake with vanilla frosting and M&M's, is easy to prepare and you can make it a few day ahead!
Ingredients
- 170g (¾ cup) caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150g (1¼ cups) self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 15g Copha, melted
- 80ml (⅓ cup) milk
- 3 x 380g M&M’s packets, to decorate (can also replace with Smarties if desired)
- Vanilla frosting
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 tbsp whipping cream
