Rainbow Teacake With Vanilla Frosting & M&M’s | Kremelta

Ingredients

• 170g (¾ cup) caster sugar
• 4 eggs
• 150g (1¼ cups) self-raising flour
• 1 tbsp cornflour
• 15g Kremelta, melted
• 80ml (⅓ cup) milk
• 3 x 380g M&M’s packets, to decorate (can also replace with Smarties if desired)
• Vanilla frosting
• 3 cups icing sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 to 2 tbsp whipping cream
