Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 package turkey kielbasa, sliced at half-inch thickness
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 15 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed
• 15 oz white beans, drained and rinsed
• 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
• 3 cups vegetable stock
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 Tbsp Frank's Red Hot
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 2 Tbsp tomato paste
